Our client, a leading organization in the autonomous mobility sector, is seeking a dedicated Audio Visual Engineer to join their dynamic team. As an Audio Visual Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Client Services department supporting the company's collaborative and conferencing environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Audio Visual Engineer

**Location:** Foster City, CA

**Pay Range:** $60 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Design and deploy AV standards and infrastructure, including conference rooms and training spaces utilizing Neat hardware, Dante, Q-SYS, Crestron NVX, and AV-over-IP standards.

+ Lead and contribute to AV-related projects such as new office build-outs, technology refreshes, and development of AV service roadmaps and future standards.

+ Manage and administer the company's Zoom platform, including user and room provisioning, troubleshooting, feature deployment, security compliance, and licensing.

+ Provide advanced support and ongoing maintenance for all conference and collaborative space technology, including Zoom Rooms, Mac Minis, and room controllers, ensuring seamless meeting experiences.

+ Create and maintain accurate inventory of AV devices, develop hardware refresh plans, and utilize remote management platforms like Neat Pulse and Logitech Sync for device health monitoring and firmware updates.

What's Needed?

+ 5+ years of professional experience in audiovisual roles, with a focus on AV infrastructure design, deployment, or project management.

+ Proficiency in administering the Zoom platform, including Zoom Meetings, Zoom Rooms, and Zoom Events.

+ Experience providing executive-level white-glove support for AV systems and spaces.

+ Strong knowledge of managing and troubleshooting networked AV systems such as Neat, Dante, Q-SYS, and Crestron NVX.

+ Working familiarity with remote AV device management platforms like Neat Pulse and Logitech Sync, along with networking fundamentals and AV-over-IP troubleshooting skills.
