Our client, a leader in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a Maintenance Technician 3 to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician 3, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

+ Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other installed systems and equipment.

+ Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions affecting client occupancy and operations.

+ Assist with general interior maintenance tasks such as hanging pictures, repairing furniture, and installing office accessories.

+ Support the maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment as directed by the operations team.

+ Replace lighting, clean HVAC coils, change filters and belts, and perform other related tasks.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ 1-3 years of relevant experience in building repair and maintenance, including basic plumbing and electrical skills.

+ Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work independently, take ownership, and demonstrate initiative.

+ Valid driver’s license (if applicable for mobile tasks).
