Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Application Infrastructure Technology Manager (CLT/RVA/Kennesaw) to join their team. As a Application Infrastructure Technology Manager (CLT/RVA/Kennesaw), you will be part of the Application Management Department supporting the Technology Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Application Infrastructure Technology Manager (CLT/RVA/Kennesaw)

**Location:** Richmond, VA/Charlotte, NC/Kennesaw, GA (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week)

Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion

What's the Job?

+ Maintain and update Application Management systems, specifically AppHq, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

+ Manage deliverables within the Risk Integration and Support Environment (RISE) and ensure timely closure of tasks.

+ Monitor GIS Security requirements and oversee patching and security metrics through GIS Continuous Monitoring tools.

+ Coordinate documentation efforts to support approval processes and manage audit and regulatory assessments.

+ Support the development and maintenance of policies, standards, and baselines related to Application Infrastructure Technology.

What's Needed?

+ Strong understanding of the bank's Application Management policies, standards, and processes.

+ Experience with risk management frameworks and compliance monitoring tools.

+ Excellent action management, prioritization, and deadline adherence skills.

+ Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.

+ Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel for vulnerability tracking and impact analysis.
