Our client, a leader in manufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Tech to join their team. As a Quality Control Tech, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting production and inspection teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive and grow within the organization.
**Job Title:** Quality Control Tech
**Location:** Niles, IL
**Pay Range:** $17.38
**Shift:** 5AM-2:30PM Monday - Friday
What's the Job?
+ Perform quality inspections on products to ensure compliance with specifications
+ Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records
+ Identify and report any quality issues or defects to the appropriate teams
+ Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department
What's Needed?
+ No prior experience required; training provided
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment
+ Good communication skills
+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
