We are a leading ambulance service provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate emergency and non-emergency medical transportation across South Florida. Our mission is to provide the highest level of patient care while maintaining strong partnerships with hospitals, facilities, and community organizations.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing strategy and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing, preferably within the ambulance or medical transportation industry, and a solid understanding of medical billing and reimbursement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand our client base and increase market visibility.
+ Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, nursing facilities, healthcare networks, and community partners.
+ Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Broward and Palm Beach County areas.
+ Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with company goals and operational capacity.
+ Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, website management, and community outreach.
+ Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and referral data to guide strategic decisions.
+ Support contract negotiations and partnerships to enhance growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
+ Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
+ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in healthcare or ambulance service marketing.
+ Strong understanding of medical billing, insurance, and reimbursement models.
+ Proven ability to develop relationships with healthcare decision-makers and referral sources.
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
+ Knowledge of the Broward and Palm Beach County healthcare markets is highly desirable.
