    Job Title: CSP Master Planning Specialist

    Job Description

    As a CSP Master Planning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting supplier communication and order management. You will process purchase requests, manage vendor information, and support the procurement process from start to finish. Your role involves assisting in data analysis and reporting using Excel, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including logistics and planning, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain. You will also contribute to cost-saving and efficiency projects.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and oversee purchase order (PO) management and PO cover lead time forecast.

    + Address and resolve purchase order issues across the material team.

    + Manage daily shortages and supplier commitments.

    + Coordinate with the end-to-end supply chain team for escalation orders and expedite or reschedule urgent shipments for critical materials.

    + Track shipments in collaboration with logistics and import/export teams.

    + Conduct weekly and daily worldwide parts shortage and ONS analysis and resolution.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Business, International Relations, Logistics Engineering, or a related field.

    + Proven experience of 3+ years in Supply Chain.

    + Advanced proficiency in Spanish.

    + Strong Excel skills and the ability to work with data.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Prior knowledge or coursework related to Supply Chain Management is desirable.

    + Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team player mentality.

    + Ability to effectively manage systems such as EDI (B2B), S4, POCM, and internal tools.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Morrisville, NC.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $74000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

     

    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Business, International Relations, Logistics Engineering, or a related field.5+ years og experience in Supply Chain.

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in Morrisville,NC.
