Job Opening: Maintenance Admin – Adecco
Adecco is hiring for a **Maintenance Administrative Assistant** to support daily operations and maintenance coordination.
**Location:** Houston- Northwest
**Pay Rate:** $17.00 per hour
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
**Start Date:** (Optional – add if known)
Job Responsibilities:
+ Assist the maintenance department with daily administrative tasks
+ Maintain logs, records, and maintenance files
+ Coordinate work orders and track completion
+ Communicate with technicians, supervisors, and vendors
+ Perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation
+ Support general office duties as needed
Requirements:
+ Previous administrative or maintenance support experience preferred
+ Strong organizational and communication skills
+ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
+ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)
**Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
