Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently looking to hire for a Medical Assistant role for their client in Frisco ,TX
**Location:** Frisco, TX (9255 N Dallas Pkwy, Suite 110)
**Schedule:** Mon–Fri | 7am–4pm or 8am–5pm | Weekends & Holidays Off
**Scrubs:** Solid Grey, Black, or Navy
Pay -24.34/HR
Job Summary
We’re seeking a certified Medical Assistant to support daily clinical operations, deliver quality patient care, and assist providers in a busy outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities
+ Room patients, take vitals, prepare for exams.
+ Perform EKGs, specimen collection, phlebotomy, and administer non-IV medications.
+ Assist with wound care (staple removal, dressing changes) and obtain cultures.
+ Operate basic diagnostic equipment and complete quality control checks.
+ Document accurately in the EMR and follow all clinic policies.
+ Maintain clean, stocked, and organized exam rooms; sterilize instruments.
+ Support patient coordination, scheduling needs, and intake screening.
+ Protect patient privacy and follow infection-control standards.
Required Qualifications
+ High school diploma/GED.
+ Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (or able to obtain within 180 days).
+ BLS certification (within 30 days of hire).
+ Basic computer skills; knowledge of medical terminology.
+ Ability to stay calm in emergencies.
Preferred Skills
+ 1+ year MA experience.
+ Strong phlebotomy skills.
+ ICD-10/CPT knowledge.
+ Bilingual (English/Spanish).
+ Strong communication and customer service skills.
**Pay Details:** $24.34 per hour
