Responsibilities for a Business Analyst** **include but are not limited to:
+ Review close matches in the Individual Master Data Management (iMDM) Inspector queue and remediate identity/eligibility data issues
+ Perform detailed data analysis, member record reconciliation, and operational support tasks
+ Support IMDM Operations with process documentation, reporting, audits, and quality initiatives
+ Identify trends and suggest algorithm adjustments to improve accuracy and reduce task volume
Candidates for the Business Analyst role must meet the following requirements to be considered:
+ High School Diploma or GED required; **Bachelor’s degree preferred**
+ Previous experience reviewing, reconciling, or analyzing data
+ Proficiency in **MS Office** : Excel (data input & analysis), Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
+ Ability to work as part of a collaborative team and maintain accuracy in handling PHI/PII

**Pay Details:** $23.41 per hour
