**Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences** is hiring a **Medical Science Liaison (MSL) – Radiology** to support a notable global pharmaceutical company. This field-based, remote role will cover the **Midwest/Great Lakes region** , with key focus states including **KS, NE, SD, and NE-Colorado** . The MSL will provide scientific expertise, education, and clinical support to healthcare providers and researchers within Radiology.
**Pay** : Up to $60.4/hr based on education and experience
Position Overview
The **Medical Science Liaison (MSL) – Radiology** is responsible for delivering objective, expert medical and scientific information, training, and field support related to Bayer Radiology products. This role will work closely with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate product use, share evidence-based updates, support training initiatives, and collaborate with internal business partners to meet scientific needs. The position is **remote** and requires **up to 50% travel** , with minimal overnight travel.
Key Responsibilities
Scientific Support & Communication
+ Serve as a scientific resource, providing accurate, balanced medical information and clinical education to healthcare professionals.
+ Support best practices in Radiology workflow and safe, effective product usage.
+ Respond to unsolicited requests for detailed product and disease information in accordance with FDA and company policies.
+ Represent the company at medical meetings, conferences, symposiums, and scientific events.
Training & Education
+ Deliver medical/clinical training through in-person, virtual, and hybrid platforms.
+ Develop and execute medical education strategies and support internal partners with scientific insights and data presentations.
+ Complete core scientific training, maintain licensure (where applicable), and stay current with therapeutic advances.
Thought Leader (TL) Engagement
+ Identify, validate, and build relationships with regional and national thought leaders.
+ Support speaker programs, advisory boards, and investigator-initiated research (IIR) site identification.
+ Coordinate strategic engagement with internal Medical Affairs and Commercial stakeholders.
Field Insights & Collaboration
+ Identify medical/clinical needs and trends in the Radiology community.
+ Provide feedback on competitive activity and report unmet clinical needs.
+ Support protocol discussions to improve patient outcomes.
+ Align with internal stakeholders including R&D, Clinical, and Commercial teams to ensure consistency of scientific communication.
Required Education
+ **PharmD, MD, PhD, MBBS, or equivalent degree** in a scientific or medical discipline.
Key Competencies
+ Strong scientific expertise with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
+ Experience supporting healthcare providers in clinical, academic, or scientific environments.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively across internal teams.
+ Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
+ Commitment to compliance and ethical standards.
Primary Working Relationships
+ Healthcare providers, researchers, radiologists, radiographers, and academic experts.
+ Internal cross-functional partners including Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, US Clinical Performance Team, and Commercial partners (e.g., Sales, Portfolio Managers).

**Pay Details:** $55.00 to $60.40 per hour
