Description We are looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee essential human resources functions and drive organizational efficiency. This role is based in Silver Spring, Maryland, and requires someone with strong leadership skills and expertise in HR processes. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth administrative operations while managing employee relations and budgetary responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage human resources operations, including employee relations and HR administration.

• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires transition smoothly into the organization.

• Administer and monitor the annual operating budget, ensuring proper allocation and adherence to budget constraints.

• Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR workflows.

• Coordinate travel arrangements and manage scheduling to support organizational needs.

• Maintain and organize multiple calendars, ensuring appointments and meetings are scheduled efficiently.

• Supervise benefit functions, ensuring compliance and seamless delivery of employee benefits.

• Monitor and address budgetary issues, ensuring effective financial management.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals. Requirements • Proven experience in managing human resources operations and employee relations.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related tools.

• Strong knowledge of budget management, including allocation and monitoring.

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate travel arrangements and manage complex scheduling.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple calendars.

• Familiarity with onboarding processes and benefit administration.

• Solid understanding of financial constraints and budget adherence.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
