Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Irving, Texas. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to key financial operations while working closely with the Accounting Manager. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes, including cost accounting, tax reporting, and month-end close procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to manage daily and monthly accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial reporting.

• Oversee administrative expense accounting and assist in payment processing to maintain timely operations.

• Coordinate month-end general ledger close processes and prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Perform account reconciliations, including fixed assets and lease accounting, to ensure precision in financial records.

• Prepare documentation and provide necessary support for external audits.

• Monitor and enforce internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and US accounting standards.

• Address ad-hoc financial requests promptly and efficiently.

• Lead initiatives to improve business processes by collaborating across departments. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Certification as a CPA is preferred, but not required.

• Minimum of 3-5+ years of relevant accounting experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities under pressure.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.
