Dignity Health Medical Group – North State (https://www.dignityhealth.org/dhmf/about/network/north-state) , a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a BE/BC **Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon** to join our established orthopedic practice and help **build a Sports Medicine program** in beautiful **Redding, California** . Compensation & Benefits:
+ Competitive Compensation Range: $635,000 - $700,000 / Year
+ Competitive salary guarantee, paid malpractice

Job Requirements
Responsibilities
+ Provide high-quality, compassionate orthopedic and sports medicine care in both clinic and hospital settings.
+ Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal injuries, perform arthroscopic and reconstructive surgeries, and manage both acute and chronic conditions.
+ Collaborate with fellow orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, athletic trainers, and primary care providers to deliver comprehensive care.
+ Participate in program development, community outreach, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
+ MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
+ **Board Certified or Board Eligible** in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training in **Sports Medicine**
+ Active **California medical license** (or ability to obtain)
+ DEA certification
+ Strong surgical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care

Pay Range
$305.29 - $336.53 /hour
