Description We are looking for a dedicated Medical Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Phoenix, Arizona. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality assistance to patients in a fast-paced call center environment. Responsibilities:

• Handle 60–100 inbound calls daily in a medium- to high-volume call center environment.

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments using internal systems with precision.

• Assess caller needs and direct them to the appropriate team or department for assistance.

• Address billing inquiries by coordinating with the billing department as necessary.

• Use text-based communication tools to respond to patient questions and provide support.

• Make limited outbound calls for follow-ups, reminders, or information requests.

• Accurately document all interactions and updates within the system.

• Deliver attentive and empathetic customer service to all patients.

• Adhere to privacy regulations and company policies to maintain confidentiality. Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required.

• Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred; healthcare or scheduling experience is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Comfortable using computer systems, call center software, and messaging platforms.

• Strong problem-solving skills paired with a positive and detail-oriented attitude.

• Familiarity with basic medical terminology is advantageous.
