    Job Description:

The Digital organization drives this at Arrow by creating scalable, innovative, value-creating digital strategies, capabilities, and operations for the Global Components business.

     

    The Paid Search Leader is a strategic and tactical role focused on driving measurable results through paid search campaigns. This individual must have proven success managing and optimizing sophisticated search advertising campaigns across major platforms. The ideal candidate will excel in analyzing performance data, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing strategic adjustments to maximize ROI. They should demonstrate proficiency in managing budgets, forecasting performance, and leading cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    _Global Paid Search Strategy Lead_

    + Develop global Paid Search strategy for channels such as Google & Bing, aligning with broader marketing objectives and business goals

    + Oversee brand budget allocation and establish performance benchmarks for paid search channels

    + Own end-to-end creation and implementation of campaigns, including media plan creation, campaign setup, daily checks, weekly reporting and optimizations

    + Lead cross-functional collaboration with analytics team to ensure accurate & clean data across platforms

    + Run quarterly reviews to evaluate and iterate on strategy based on market trends and KPIs

    + Manage all aspects of B2B PPC campaigns including search, display, paid social and retargeting

    + Drive lead generation testing efforts across paid search channels Google & Bing

    + Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and sales

    + Manage ad budgets, optimize bidding strategies, and track ROI for paid campaigns; Manage paid ad campaigns appearing on major search engines, such as Google and Bing

    + Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party tools

    _Paid Search Automation Lead_

    + Provide strategic recommendations and input for regional expectations in global strategy

    + Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs

    + Manage SKU campaigns on Google & Bing globally with a focus on efficiency and scalability

    + Oversee feed management for Google & Bing ensuring all data is accurate and grouped appropriately

    + Maintain the relationship with Products team and evaluate value annually

    + Create reporting around paid marketing funnels and leverage this to improve conversion rates

    + Support analytics alignment for all paid search channels

    + Continuously test creative, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing page alignment

    + Execute supplier campaigns and optimize performance through close collaboration with Strategic Programs Team

    What We Are Looking For:

    + 10+ years experience in digital marketing with specific focus on paid search campaign management

    + Demonstrated experience scaling paid search programs with strong ROI focus

    + Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and related platforms

    + Strong analytical skills with ability to extract insights from complex data sets

    + Experience managing substantial marketing budgets effectively

    + Knowledge of current SEM best practices, trends, and algorithm updates

    + Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

    + Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising certifications

    + Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM integration

    + Working knowledge of SEO principles and their relationship to paid search

    + Experience with scripts, automation, and feed management

    + International market experience

    + Experience with evolving channel strategies and tactics based on customer insights and product evolution

    Work Arrangement:

    + Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home

    Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

    $89,900.00 - $125,000.00

     

    Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
