HVAC Technician – South Austin Campus
Pay Range: $30–$40 per hour (based on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team and support a modern, five‑building campus. You will complete work orders, service and troubleshoot HVAC systems (chillers, air compressors, heat pumps), and assist with general upkeep. This position is ideal for someone adaptable, hands‑on, and eager to grow within facilities maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
+ Maintain and repair HVAC equipment across the campus
+ Service and troubleshoot chillers, air compressors, and heat pumps
+ Support general campus upkeep and maintenance tasks
+ Collaborate with other trades when needed
Qualifications
+ 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience
+ Strong communication skills in English (oral and written)
+ Basic computer skills (email, Word)
+ OSHA & EPA Universal Certifications preferred
Additional Skills:
+ Facility maintenance or engineering experience
+ Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or carpentry

Work Environment
+ South Austin campus with high‑tech equipment and systems
+ 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 8 hours between 6 AM–6 PM
+ Occasional Saturday work only when needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
