    Job Title: Production Lead (Bilingual is a Bonus)

    Responsibilities

    Manage day-to-day production operations to meet schedules, quality, safety, and cost targets.

     

    Lead and train production staff; coach team members and assist with hiring and scheduling.

     

    Monitor and troubleshoot equipment performance; support preventive maintenance activities.

     

    Track and report production metrics and ensure compliance with company standards.

     

    Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.

     

    Enforce quality standards and regulatory compliance (GMP, ISO, FDA requirements).

     

    Maintain and promote workplace safety in accordance with OSHA and company policies.

     

    Ensure proper use of materials and control waste to meet cost objectives.

     

    Perform additional duties as assigned and maintain regular attendance.
