Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude and expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, conveyor systems, and PLC troubleshooting. You will perform scheduled, unscheduled, and preventative maintenance to keep production running efficiently.
Responsibilities
+ Complete preventive and proactive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns
+ Investigate breakdowns and line stoppages using root-cause analysis and collaborate with other departments
+ Respond quickly to line stoppages and provide mechanical assistance
+ Prioritize maintenance, repair, and installation tasks to minimize downtime
+ Document all work in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
+ Repair and maintain industrial machinery, including inspection, assembly, and replacement of parts
+ Diagnose malfunctions using testing devices such as voltmeters
+ Verify repairs by operating machinery and analyzing test results
+ Inspect machines to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards
+ Support food safety and quality programs
+ Perform additional duties as assigned
Essential Skills
+ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
+ Experience with 3-phase 480V systems, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, schematics, and PLCs
+ Minimum of three years in industrial manufacturing maintenance
+ Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
Additional Qualifications
+ Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
+ Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

Schedule
DuPont hybrid shift schedule with flexibility for days, nights, and weekends. Current opening is for 2nd shift: 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM on a 2-2-3 continental schedule.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $62400.00/yr.
