Job Title: Maintenance Technician, $33/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with dual trade capabilities to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of various industrial equipment, including overhead cranes, slitting lines, and conveyor systems. Your expertise in both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting will be essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our facility.

Responsibilities

+ **Only work Half of the Month!**

+ Perform maintenance on eight overhead cranes, five slitting lines, pickling and processing lines, conveyor lines, and augers.

+ Conduct maintenance on secondary equipment such as pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, shears/blades, motors, gears, shafts, drives, and various other machinery.

+ Read and interpret PLC and HMI prints to trace and resolve issues.

+ Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480v single and three-phase, including generators, AC/DC motors, switches, sensors, and electrical drives.

+ Use a multimeter to check and replace blown fuses.

+ Execute preventative maintenance on equipment.

+ Fabricate parts and structures as needed within the plant.

+ Perform MIG and stick welding.

+ Maintain forklifts, lifts, and conduct general building maintenance.

Work Environment

Work involves maintaining steel processing equipment, with shifts from 7 pm to 7 am. Competitive pay with additional shift differentials for second and third shifts. The position is a direct hire role, providing stability and long-term career opportunities.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Delta, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $65000.00/yr.

1. Weekly pay

2. 401k match up to 4%

3. Insurance starts 1st day of next month after they are brought on direct.

4. Will be given uniforms

5. Steel toe reimbursement after 90 days up to $100 and then after that every 9 months.

6. Monthly Incentive program (BONUS) - at the end of each month the company looks at tonnage, downtime and quality of parts. They then create a percentage and will give out a bonus check from to its employees. The percent can range from 0-10% of gross total hours worked by each employee.

7. Opportunity for OT, other maintenance employees may need the extra time off
