How you will make an impact:
+ Responsible for strategy, development, and ownership of Medical Affairs’ Digital Strategy to ensure our business objectives are met, which involve delivering communication and education to healthcare providers in innovative ways
+ Oversee the reengineering and optimization of digital platforms, business processes and systems
+ Select, launch, and deliver digital solutions for synchronous and asynchronous training
+ Own the end-to-end digital experience process and evangelize the toolset
+ Identify and recommend innovations that significantly enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business processes
+ Provide platform guidance to team members on CRM solutions (i.e. KOL tool)
+ Identify solutions to automate the eRecords retention and retrieval
+ Build out the Edwards Learning Network for THV Medical Affairs. Identify new methods to deliver content/training (e.g. microlearning videos, podcasts, self-assessments, etc.) including support for proficiency based progression training needs
+ User acceptance testing
+ Evaluate and validate functional business requirements against business needs. Translate the needs of business and articulate the functional design to meet requirements
+ Identify root causes and provide guidance for resolutions for testing and validation of processes and systems including perform complex root cause analysis and troubleshoot business processes including testing and researching data integrity/accuracy
+ Monitor and report on performance of digital programs
What you will need (Required):
+ Bachelor's Degree & a minimum of 8 years of experience in a digital Project Management, Product Management or Customer Success role OR equivalent related experience based on Edwards criteria
+ Proven successful project management skills
What else we look for (Preferred):
+ Experience leading technology-focused process improvements, transformations, and/or system implementations
+ Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills, including negotiating and relationship management
+ Extensive knowledge of platform ecosystem and integration points within CRM
+ Experience with site migrations
+ Experience creating digital experiences that engage diverse groups
+ Digital transformation experience
+ Instructional design experience
+ Healthcare industry / clinical experience
+ PMP certification
+ Experience with KOL tools
Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.
For California, the base pay range for this position is $118,000 - $167,000 (highly experienced).
The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience). Applications will be accepted while this position is posted on our Careers website.
