    Job Title: Warehouse Worker | $17 HR | 7:00am-3:30pm | Start ASAP

    Job Description

    The Warehouse Staff is responsible for picking and checking products in the warehouse to fill customer orders efficiently and accurately.

    Responsibilities

    + Physically pull and pack orders to quality standards.

    + Verify accuracy against all orders.

    + Mark boxes/pallets for route and stop designation.

    + Rebox products as necessary.

    + Wrap pallets by hand to ensure stability.

    + Restock and put products away carefully and safely.

    + Maintain cleanliness of all work areas.

    + Communicate stock needs and discrepancies to appropriate personnel.

    + Address challenges inhibiting accurate and timely order pulling process.

    + Participate in yearly inventory as required.

    + Listen effectively and follow instructions.

    + Ensure regular and predictable attendance, safely perform tasks, and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in warehouse jobs and/or order pulling is preferred.

    + Ability to communicate effectively with employees, peers, and supervisors.

    + Basic computer skills are a plus.

    + Ability to work independently.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with inventory, order picking, packaging, warehouse packing.

    + Proficiency with RF scanners, pallet jacks, and material handling.

    + Experience in shipping and receiving.

    Work Environment

     

    This position operates on the 1st Shift from 7 AM to 3:30 PM. The role requires the completion of various activities in the warehouse that may necessitate hours of lifting, standing, and carrying. Candidates must be able to move up to 40 pounds at a time.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Solon, OH.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
