Job Title: Driver

Job Description

Join our team as a **Driver** where you’ll play a key role in delivering and picking up pumps at construction sites. This position involves driving company trucks, pulling trailers, and ensuring pumps are safely loaded and unloaded. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn the mechanical side of the trade as you grow in the role.

We’re looking for someone who is **mechanically inclined** , comfortable working outdoors in all conditions, and willing to learn. If you have a clean driving record and a strong work ethic, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

Schedule & Pay

+ **Shift:** Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

+ **Pay:** $20/hr

Responsibilities

+ Deliver and pick up pumps at construction sites.

+ Safely pull trailers and operate company trucks (Non-CDL).

+ Load and unload pumps (must lift 50+ lbs).

+ Ensure proper setup and secure transport of equipment.

+ Learn and assist with mechanical tasks over time.

Essential Skills

+ Comfortable pulling trailers.

+ Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs.

+ Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Preferred Skills (Plus)

+ Diesel mechanic experience.

+ Forklift training or certification.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
