Job Title: Fabrication Operator

Job Description

As a Fabrication Operator, you will be cross-trained into various fabrication roles, including laser operation, laser welding, robotic welding, deburring, and inspection.

Responsibilities

+ Operate and manage laser equipment and robotic welders.

+ Perform laser welding and robotic welding tasks.

+ Deburr and inspect fabricated components to ensure quality.

+ Cross-train in multiple fabrication areas to support team flexibility.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in production and general labor.

+ Knowledge in fabrication and machine operation.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Welding experience from school or home is considered.

+ Willingness to learn and be trained in laser and robotic welding.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
