Job Title: Machinist Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Machinist Supervisor to lead our precision machining team located in Naples, FL. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality production for medical and aerospace components. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on machining expertise, and a proven track record in regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

+ Supervise and coordinate daily activities of machinists on 2nd shift.

+ Train and mentor team members to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

+ Operate and troubleshoot lathes, mills, and Swiss machines as needed.

+ Review production schedules and allocate resources efficiently.

+ Maintain compliance with medical/aerospace manufacturing standards.

+ Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues.

Essential Skills

+ 10+ years of experience in medical or aerospace manufacturing.

+ Proficiency with lathe, mill, and swiss machining.

+ Strong leadership and communication skills.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

+ Knowledge of precision tolerances.

+ Familiarity with ISO and FDA regulations (medical) or AS9100 (aerospace).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with CNC mill, CNC lathe, and Swiss machine operations.

+ Proficiency in G&M Codes, CNC programming, setup, and troubleshooting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
