Warehouse Operations Associate

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Associate to join our Indianapolis, IN team. This position is critical to the smooth and efficient functioning of our warehouse. This position handles receiving, storing, distributing products while ensuring accurate inventory control, while adhering to safety & quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
+ Receive and verify incoming shipments, inspecting goods for quality, damage, and compliance with specifications. Document and report any discrepancies.
+ Store products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring inventory is organized, labeled, and easily accessible.
+ Maintain accurate inventory records in NetSuite, perform cycle counts, monitor stock levels, and initiate reorders as needed.
+ Prepare and fulfill outgoing orders by picking, packing, and ensuring accuracy. Coordinate with carriers to schedule shipments and pickups.
+ Implement quality control measures and handle returns in accordance with company policies.
+ Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to all safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
+ Collaborate with warehouse staff and management to optimize operations and promptly communicate any issues or delays.
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Proven experience in warehouse operations, including inventory management
+ Proficiency with ERP systems, NetSuite preferred and basic computer skills
+ Previous experience scheduling freight and shipments online
+ Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
+ Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail and accuracy
+ Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting
+ Capability to stand, bend, walk for extended periods, and operate warehouse equipment
