Position Summary:
The Program Coordinator supports the coordination, implementation, and monitoring of departmental programs across a range of operational and strategic areas. This role plays a key part in advancing departmental objectives, supporting performance improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
+ Supports the planning and execution of department programs and initiatives. Maintains relevant schedules and agendas, including tracking deadlines, deliverables, and communication with management and/or stakeholders.
+ Interfaces with other departments, staff, leaders and/or other partners in the administration of various programs. Provide coordination of applicable logistics or information as directed by leadership.
+ Organizes and coordinates the development of all featured events, meetings and materials/collateral for programs. May actively represent the program and/or the organization.
+ Promotes positive and collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. Supports communication, education, training, onboarding, and mentorship efforts to enhance awareness, engagement, and the overall effectiveness of program initiatives.
+ Creates reports for management in the evaluation of the program’s performance or day-to-day operations. Assist with documenting and tracking program/project compliance.
+ Provides feedback to management and make recommendations regarding program/project operations and/or procedures.
+ Supports the planning and execution of performance improvement (PI) projects.
+ Supports data collection, analysis, and reporting to track internal and external quality metrics. Monitors program activities and contributes to performance reporting to evaluate progress and outcomes.
+ Participate in policy review and coordination of policy updates across departments.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote best practices, process improvements, and organizational goals.
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma/GED, Minimum
Bachelor’s Degree in Health care, Business Administration, Management or related field, Preferred.
Experience:
Three (3) years of Progressively responsible administrative or strategic support experience, Minimum
Three (3) years of Organizational Program or Project coordination/support experience; utilizing program/project management and development procedures, Preferred
