    Oversee the digital experience on distributor partner sites, ensuring alignment with brand standards, updated product content, and optimized pathways to purchase.

     

    Develop and execute personalization strategies that deliver relevant, data-driven content experiences to increase engagement and conversion.

     

    Identify and define the AI tools and strategies needed to accelerate content creation, enhance personalization, and optimize SEO, AEO, and GEO performance-driving more predictive, data-informed digital experiences.

     

    Analyze performance data against OKRs/KPIs, generate actionable insights, make informed optimizations to improve ROI, and identify conversion bottlenecks or opportunities. Ability to present solutions for underperforming areas.

     

    Present insights, performance reports, and recommendations to marketing leadership.

    Fully develop and execute personalization strategy and persona creation.

     

    Update SEO keywords, and develop and implement a AEO/GEO strategy to ensure brands are seen as the product authority in various search functions.

     

    Reporting & Collaboration

     

    Reports to group marketing manager and VP of marketing.

    Collaborates closely with:

    Digital Experience Architect - ensuring digital structure and functionality support conversion.

     

    Demand Generation Specialist - aligning traffic and lead generation with conversion optimization.

     

    PIM/DAM Specialist - maintaining accurate, conversion-ready product information and experiences.

     

    E-Commerce Manager - review conversion rates from owned websites to dealer websites, identify opportunities to grow presence on dealer channels, and ensure consistent product content data on dealer websites.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, or a related field.

     

    4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, conversion optimization, or digital content strategy.

     

    Proven expertise in SEO/AEO/GEO and understanding of digital discoverability.

     

    Proven expertise in developing digital content strategies that are implemented at all stages of the marketing funnel.

     

    Experience improving conversion rates in e-commerce or digital retail environments.

     

    Strong understanding of personalization, UX best practices, and customer journey optimization.

     

    Analytical mindset - skilled in interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.

     

    Experience with AI or predictive analytics tools is a plus (not required).

     

    Excellent collaboration, organization, communication, and presentation skills.

     

    Strong SEO/AEO knowledge.

     

    Understanding of digital marketing conversion strategies.

     

    Ability to develop persona-based marketing approaches.
