We’re looking for Manager, Xbox Planning who is a self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, brings clarity to complex workstreams, and is motivated by impact. In this role, you’ll lead critical business rhythms for Microsoft Gaming and Xbox leadership, own analytical projects from concept to delivery, and partner across teams to turn ideas into action.

Responsibilities
+ Drive Business Rhythms: Own end-to-end management of OKRs, leadership reviews, and key performance reports for Xbox.
+ Deliver Insights & Analysis: Define new KPIs, build frameworks, and perform ad hoc analysis to inform growth strategies for the Xbox ecosystem.
+ Enable Cross-Team Collaboration: Serve as a connective tissue across stakeholder teams, ranging from Planning to Finance to Product. Help manage project timelines and ensure accountability.
+ Model Business Performance: Create and iterate models that forecast business performance and support strategic decisions.
+ Shape Communication: Develop executive-ready decks, craft clear written narratives, and represent the team in key forums (e.g., leadership stand-ins when needed).
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
3+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
+ 4+ years in corporate finance, business planning, or similar analytical roles.
+ Analytical fluency – comfort working with financials, KPIs, and data-driven recommendations.
+ Experience delivering high-quality outputs on initiatives with senior leadership visibility.
+ Proven ability to take high-level guidance and build out a structured work plan.
+ High quality communication and relationship-building skills, including experience working with diverse stakeholder teams.
+ A growth mindset and a willingness to experiment, learn, and iterate.
+ Experience in gaming or consumer technology.
+ Background running key leadership business rhythms (e.g., OKRs, reviews, performance reports).
Business Planning IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
