    Inside Sales Manager – Pharmaceutical Industry

    Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building strong customer relationships? Join our team as an Inside Sales Manager and play a key role in expanding our international presence in the pharmaceutical sector.

    What You’ll Do

    + Provide direct support to the VP of Marketing & Sales at our Parsippany office.

    + Grow and maintain a global customer base in the pharmaceutical industry.

    + Communicate with international clients, manufacturing partners, and affiliates.

    + Prepare offers and manage contracts through to finalization.

    + Oversee order processing, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely delivery.

    + Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.

    + Assist with planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.

    + Create impactful presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

    + Organize and participate in international meetings and trade fairs.

    What We’re Looking For

    + 3-5+ years of experience in inside sales, order management, or a similar commercial role—pharma experience a plus!

    + A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.

    + Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration (or equivalent).

    + Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity.

    + Fluent in English (written and spoken).

    + Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central preferred).

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

     

    PTO and benefits are offered.
