Reporting to the Director, Community Insights and Impact (CII) at the D'Aniello Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF), the Program Manager (PM) manages key programs and activities of the CII team. The CII portfolio supports two primary efforts: 1) provide technical assistance to communities to better serve veterans and their families, and 2) identify leading practices and insights through stakeholder engagement and analysis to share within IVMF and external partners.

The PM supports the strategic alignment of the CII portfolio, IVMF's research, evaluation, and policy teams, and other stakeholders. The PM also supports strategic, and growth plans aligned with CII portfolio goals and IVMF's strategic imperatives and contribute to thought leadership development. Under the Director of CII, the PM collaborates closely with colleagues to support the CII business development strategy, identify opportunities with foundations and corporate funders, and assist in developing proposals and grant applications.

This position is anticipated to be filled on a fully remote basis if the identified candidate is not currently located in the Syracuse, NY area (within 50 miles). Strong preference for someone residing in Texas. Not all geographical areas within the United States are eligible.
