About the role
As a Technology Architect, you will make an impact by designing and implementing robust integration solutions that power our online banking domain. You will be a valued member of the Digital Banking Technology team, working collaboratively with product managers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
In this role, you will
+ Design and implement scalable solutions using webMethods.io API B2B and MFT to enhance online banking services
+ Architect service-oriented and event-driven systems leveraging webMethods SOA Stack, Service Bus, EDA, and Adapters
+ Develop and maintain data integration pipelines with StreamSets and design patterns to optimize performance and reliability
+ Enable secure and efficient data exchange through HTTPS, RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and advanced data transformation (JSON, XML, XQuery, XSLT)
+ Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and compliance requirements

What you need to have to be considered
+ Extensive experience with webMethods.io API B2B and MFT, with strong knowledge of integration patterns
+ Proficiency in StreamSets and advanced data integration techniques
+ Expertise in webMethods Integration Products, including SOA Stack and Service Bus
+ Strong knowledge of HTTPS, JSON, XML, XQuery, XSLT, and SOAP for secure and efficient data exchange
+ Solid background in the online banking domain, with an understanding of its unique challenges and requirements

+ Experience with emerging integration technologies and ability to recommend innovative solutions
+ Hands-on expertise in real-time data processing and event-driven architectures
+ Strong collaboration skills in hybrid environments, with proven ability to work across diverse teams
+ Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards in banking and financial services
+ Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide technical teams in adopting best practices

Salary and Other Compensation:
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
