CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager – ADM position for our client in Jersey City, NJ.

**Duration:** 12 months

Duties:

+ Develop and maintain full-stack cloud applications using Java, Spring, and AWS.

+ Design, code, test, and troubleshoot high-complexity system-level applications.

+ Build scalable backend services leveraging AWS RDS and related cloud components.

+ Resolve defects across multiple testing cycles and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

+ Follow SDLC best practices and contribute to architectural improvements.

Skills:

+ Strong Java backend and Spring Framework experience.

+ Hands-on AWS Cloud skills (RDS, compute, storage, cloud-native services).

+ Solid understanding of modern software architecture and databases (SQL, Oracle, Sybase).

+ Experience with J2EE and enterprise-level development.

+ Mortgage domain experience a plus; GenAI familiarity nice to have.

Experience:

+ 10+ years of software development experience.

+ Proven background delivering complex full-stack or cloud-based applications.

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

+ Professional certifications preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $85,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market conditions, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
