Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (School-Based)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Full School Year (Approx. 39 weeks)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (35 hrs/week)
Position Summary
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team. The SLP will conduct student evaluations, provide therapy services, and document progress in accordance with individualized plans and physician orders.
Responsibilities
+ Perform evaluations and deliver speech-language therapy to students.
+ Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with student needs.
+ Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulations.
+ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success.
Minimum Requirements
+ Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Virginia (or ability to obtain within 2–4 weeks).
+ Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
+ Compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements.
+ Current CPR and health certifications (if applicable).
Additional Details
+ Caseload: 25–45 students (varies by school).
