    Behavioral Aide – Special Needs Support!!

     

    Pay: $21–$26/hr (based on experience)

     

    We’re looking for compassionate and experienced Behavioral Aides to support children and adults with special needs in educational settings. If you have ABA experience and a passion for helping others succeed, we’d love to hear from you.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist students in achieving behavioral and academic goals

     

    Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff

     

    Maintain a structured, positive learning environment

     

    Implement behavior intervention plans consistently

    Requirements

    High school diploma or equivalent

     

    Prior experience in ABA or as a Behavior Technician (required)

     

    2+ years of pediatric experience preferred

     

    Must be 18 or older and meet all local, state, and federal guidelines
