Registered/Certified Behavior Technician

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 25 weeks

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours/week

Overview:

The Registered/Certified Behavior Technician works under the supervision of behavioral specialists and school professionals to provide educational and behavioral support to children and adults with special needs. This role includes implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and supporting individualized learning and behavioral goals.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) license (as applicable)

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred

+ Associates degree in behavioral studies or related field preferred

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist in implementing ABA-based interventions

+ Collaborate with teachers and behavioral specialists

+ Support students in achieving behavioral and educational objectives
