    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Incident Responder to join our Global Security team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading incident response (IR) investigations, cyber threat hunting, vulnerability management, threat modeling, and agentic detection technology. This role is crucial in safeguarding our digital assets and ensuring the integrity of our systems.

    Job Requirements

    + Lead and manage cyber security incident response investigations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

    + Conduct proactive cyber threat hunting to identify and mitigate potential threats.

    + Perform vulnerability analysis and support remediation efforts.

    + Develop and implement threat models to predict and prevent cyber-attacks.

    + Utilize agentic detection technologies to enhance security posture and reduce the attack surface.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally to improve security controls and protocols.

    + Provide detailed reports and documentation of incidents and response actions.

    + Stay updated with the latest cyber security trends, threats, and technologies.

    + Contribute to the design, planning, and delivery of IR drills and tabletops.

    Education

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber security, with a focus on incident response and threat management.

    + Recognized certifications in cyber security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, GCIH).

    + Proven experience in leading IR investigations and cyber threat hunting.

    + Strong knowledge of vulnerability management and threat modeling.

    + Familiarity with developing use cases for security agentic detection technologies.

    + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.

    Preferred Skills

    + Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools.

    + Knowledge of network protocols, cloud security, intrusion detection systems, firewalls, and distributed system architecture.

    + Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

    Compensation:

    The target salary range for this position is 153,000 - 227,700 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
