Job Description
Insight Global is sourcing for an HR Data Product Owner, to join a global consulting firm within the Global Data Product Portfolio. As the Data Product owner, you will lead the development of our Candidate and Recruiting Data Product portfolio strategy, working as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting recruiting, HR, or candidate data specifically and be the true representative of the Data Product. This position is heavy stakeholder facing, professionalism and excellent communication skills are utmost priority. Proven ability to drive product roadmap and communicate business value is required. This role will be fulltime, minimum of 8 months long, working remote in India, 12:00-8:00 PM IST Monday through Friday.
Pay-rate: $16 to $22/hour USD. Exact pay rate will depend on experience and other factors.

Skills and Requirements
-Total 8+ years’ relevant experience as Data Product Owner or Data or IT Manager
-Experience and understanding of Candidate and Recruiting Data constructs and domains (e.g., Sourcing, Screening and Interviewing, Selection and Onboarding…), data technologies (e.g., Snowflake) and core transactional systems (e.g., iCIMS, eightfold.ai, Workday, Oracle, SAP ERP)
-Good understanding of and experience with Candidate and Recruiting Data products, both for transactional processes and analytical use cases
-Exceptional communications and stakeholder management skills, able to bridge business-tech discussions and requirements
-Ability to communicate business value, product roadmap, and dependencies. Experience supporting product lifecycle from conception to launch to delivery
-Experience with Jira for user/product stories
-Understanding of technical
-Agile Certifications preferred: Scrum.org (Professional Scrum Product Owner) or Scrum Alliance (Certified Product Owner) -Experience working for a consulting firm or in the consulting industry
