About the Role:
Are you passionate about turning data into strategic decisions that shape the future of our workplace? As a Real Estate Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our real estate operations—driving smart site selection, optimizing costs, and ensuring our spaces empower both business goals and employee experiences. You’ll collaborate with dynamic teams across Real Estate, Facilities, Finance, Legal, and Operations, blending analytical rigor with market insight to help us build a portfolio that’s innovative, efficient, and people-focused. If you thrive on solving complex challenges and making a tangible impact, this is your opportunity to grow and lead in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
+ Portfolio analytics: Maintain and analyze real estate datasets (leases, occupancy, utilization, costs, capital plans) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
+ Financial modeling: Build models for lease vs. buy, renew vs. relocation, and space consolidation, including NPV, IRR, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning.
+ Lease administration: Support abstracting, key date tracking, rent reconciliations, options management, and ensuring compliance with lease obligations.
+ Market research: Collect and synthesize market comps, vacancy rates, rent growth, and economic indicators to guide site selection and negotiation strategy.
+ Space and occupancy planning: Partner with Facilities to align headcount forecasts, utilization data, and workplace standards with near- and long-term space needs.
+ Transaction support: Prepare analyses and materials for renewals, dispositions, acquisitions, and subleases; assist with RFPs and broker engagement.
+ Budgeting and reporting: Support annual operating and capital budgets for real estate and facilities; build dashboards and recurring reports for leadership.
+ Risk and controls: Monitor critical lease dates, holdover exposure, landlord compliance, and contractual obligations; maintain data accuracy and audit readiness.
+ Stakeholder communication: Present insights and recommendations to Real Estate leadership, Finance, and cross-functional partners in clear, actionable formats.
+ Process improvement: Streamline workflows and automate reporting to improve speed, accuracy, and visibility across the portfolio.
+ Travel arrangements: Coordinate end-to-end travel for site visits, inspections, and stakeholder meetings, including booking transportation and lodging, managing itineraries, and ensuring compliance with company travel and expense policies; prepare and reconcile expense reports promptly.
+ Facilities administration: Support day-to-day facilities operations across locations, including work order intake and triage, vendor coordination, preventive maintenance schedules, service-level tracking, occupancy and move coordination, and documentation of building systems and site standards.
Do You Have:
+ Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, business, or related field; advanced degree or real estate certification a plus.
+ 1–3 years (Analyst I) or 3–5 years (Analyst II) in real estate, corporate real estate, consulting, or finance with demonstrated analytical experience.
+ Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with scenario analysis.
+ Comfort with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
+ Familiarity with lease administration systems and real estate databases.
+ Ability to interpret market data and translate findings into actionable insights.
+ Excellent communication skills; able to present complex analyses simply.
+ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet multiple deadlines.
