We are seeking a Field Service Specialist part-time 32 hrs. a week to be responsible for supporting nursing activities, including tracking referrals, admissions & discharges to ensure compliance with NYSDOH regulations and JCAHO standards. Prepares new admission folders & tracking of MD orders. Acts as a liaison between nursing services and Client Service Managers. Provides ongoing support and back-up to Office Coordinator role.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

+ High School Graduate/ GED equivalent education.

+ Office experience or customer service experience.

+ Advanced computer skills with office software required
