    Additional Information:

    The HTM Supervisor performs evaluation, repair, inspections and preventative maintenance on devices at Arkansas Children's. The HTM supervisor supervises HTM staff, assists with projects, and manages prioritization of work. Responsible for delivering service that meets or exceeds all regulatory requirements and compliance. Responsible for executing and meeting all requirements of the established key performance indicators. Maintains relationships with the end users of devices and delivers excellent customer service.

    Required Education:

    High school diploma or GED or equivalent

    Recommended Education:

    Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.

    Required Work Experience:

    High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of experience in lieu of a diploma/GED.

    Description

    1. Oversees, prioritizes, and performs and evaluates, repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance for the team according the regulatory agencies under which the facilities operate.

    2. Proficiently uses test equipment, hand tools, service manuals and online documentation.

    3. With the support of upper management, hires, separates, coaches, counsels, and trains direct reports

    4. Supervises the staff schedule, payroll, goals, and evaluations with proficient skill in each application necessary

    5. Designs and modifies device PM checklists and schedules to be effective in prevent failure and ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met

    6. Maintains proficiency in CMMS system including creating reports for upper management to assist in tracking problems, planning for maintenance contracts, capital budgeting, and maintaining the overall equipment management plan for facility.

    7. Responds to equipment safety recalls, alerts effected department and documents actions.

    8. Works with compliance officer to ensure survey readiness for the health system and HTM team

    9. Helps manage vendor relations working with Materials on vendor access, contract personnel on contract renewals, and Accounts Payable on invoices to ensure all vendor relations are kept up.

    10. Performs other duties as assigned.
