The Role
The Facilities team at Zscaler is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Workplace Services Intern to join us in San Jose, CA as part of our hybrid internship program. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Workplace Projects, you will play a critical support role in managing daily operations, coordinating maintenance, and executing event setups. You will also have the opportunity to bring a fresh perspective to process documentation and minor improvement initiatives, driving efficiency and enhancing the employee experience across Zscaler’s office environment.
What You'll Do (Role Expectations)
+ Develop and deliver clear, data-driven presentations that tell impactful stories and guide key projects.
+ Act as a liaison between multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and operation within workplace services.
+ Drive knowledge management by fostering a culture of knowledge sharing (People) and leveraging technology systems (e.g., intranets and knowledge bases) to organize and store essential workplace information.

What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
+ Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Construction Management, Workforce Development, or Design.
+ Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
+ Motivated self-starter with a passion for innovation and technology.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
+ Experience interpreting data to provide clear insights and actionable recommendations on projects.
+ Prior involvement in workplace change management or workforce-related initiatives.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
Base Pay Range
$35—$55 USD
