**About the Role** :
As a CBRE People Transition Manager, you will lead the People Workstream for US transitions.
This job is part of the People Strategy and Operations function. They are responsible for the design, execution, and monitoring of human resource programs and policies.
What You’ll Do** **:
+ Develop, implement, and lead the People Transition and Integration plan for various projects, serving as the People Project Manager to ensure key milestones are defined, tracked, and communicated to stakeholders,
+ Coordinate and manage People resources to assist/facilitate the HR transition process and ensure we are meeting project deliverables and staffing requirements.
+ Manage multiple internal and external key stakeholders in ensuring alignment and effectiveness of functions related to ensuring completion of the transition plan and hiring/onboarding of new staff.
+ Engage in solutioning workshops and weekly/monthly calls to support transition planning.
+ Monitor and track transition and hiring activities using Smartsheet, Power BI, and other project management tools; proactively identify risks, escalate issues as needed, and represent the People workstream in weekly progress meetings.
+ Recruit, transition and onboard employees from outsourcing clients and their existing providers. Lead discussions with client and/or existing service provider to coordinate HR transition activities.
+ Develop and implement geographically tailored communication plans in conjunction with the global/regional outsourcing program. Schedule and lead introductory meetings, ensuring all materials and logistics are finalized.
+ Coordinate the creation of application links and proactively track application progress via Smartsheet, reporting on key metrics
+ Prepare comprehensive interviewer packets (including forms, tailored questions, scope summaries, and FAQs), facilitate preparation calls, and coordinate the scheduling and execution of interviews as well as interviewer debrief sessions.
+ Facilitate the job mapping process to confirm appropriate CBRE titles and compensation and prepare the Desired vs. Proposed Compensation workbook. Review with account leadership and finance to confirm hiring decisions and secure offer approvals.
+ Coordinate the preparation and distribution of offer letters and hiring notifications, partnering with the recruiting coordinator and field Business Partners to track candidate responses and ensure timely follow-up.
+ Monitor pre-employment screening progress and follow-up to ensure timely completion of the process.
+ Partner with the benefits team to keep benefits materials current and facilitate Benefits Q&A sessions in collaboration with the People Team Business Partners.
+ Collaborate with recruiting coordinators and account leaders/PBPs to gather payroll data (e.g., finance codes, reporting structure). Prepare and submit census files to ensure new hires are accurately set up in CBRE systems in a timely manner.
+ Collaborate with account and Global Transition Team resources to facilitate onboarding activities for new staff.
+ Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
What You’ll Need** **:
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation preferred.
+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
+ Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills, coupled with a proactive and curious approach to problem-solving.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of management, diverse teams, and clients.
+ Open to innovative approaches and skilled in handling conflicts with tact and professionalism.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the People Transition Manager position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for the People Transition Manager position is $120,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
