What You'll Do:

+ Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas within the chemical and petrochemical location.

+ Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises, following site-specific policies and procedures.

+ Provide customer service by assisting visitors and employees with access-related inquiries and directing them as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site guidelines.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to observe for unusual conditions or activities.

+ Maintain detailed logs and reports of access control activities, incidents, and observations as required by site procedures.

+ Collaborate with site personnel and emergency responders during emergency response activities, adhering to established protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A Transportation Security Administration issued Transportation Worker Identification Credential is required.

+ A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
