Key Responsibilities
+ Operate and monitor chemical manufacturing equipment such as reactors, filters, pumps, dryers, chillers, and mills.
+ Interpret readings from instruments (temperature, pressure, vacuum, flow) and make corrective adjustments.
+ Maintain accurate batch records, log sheets, and labeling of containers (drums, bottles).
+ Perform basic analytical tests (e.g., pH checks) and collect samples for quality analysis.
+ Ensure compliance with cGMP, SHE (Safety, Health, Environment), and company standards.
+ Troubleshoot equipment and processes to minimize downtime.
+ Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean, organized work area.
+ Assist with process investigations and equipment validation.
+ Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives for processes and equipment.
Requirements
+ Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in science or technical field preferred.
+ Experience: Prior pharmaceutical manufacturing or batch chemical processing experience strongly preferred.
+ Alternatively, 2–3 years in a light industrial setting.
+ Ability to read/write in English and perform basic math (e.g., yield calculations).
+ Comfortable working in a chemical plant environment, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
+ Must be able to work overtime and rotating shifts as needed.
+ Respirator clearance and adherence to PPE requirements.

This is a Permanent position based out of Germantown, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $54080.00/yr.
This company offers health, dental, vision, and 401k benefits. They provide paid vacation and holiday as well. They also offer a 10% quarterly bonus based on salary per quarter.
