• Your Mission:

Be the gatekeeper of quality. As a Quality Inspector, you’ll ensure every part meets the highest standards before it reaches our customers. You’ll work hands-on with precision tools, interpret complex blueprints, and collaborate across teams to uphold our reputation for excellence.

•️ What You’ll Do:

+ Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, and more

+ Perform **First Article, In-Process, Final, and Receiving Inspections**

+ Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T confidently

+ Operate and analyze data from CMM, Keyence, Zeiss, and other vision systems

+ Ensure compliance with **AS9102, ISO 9001, and AS9100 standards**

+ Collaborate with Engineering and Production to resolve quality issues

+ Conduct shop audits and issue gaging tools as needed

• What You Bring:

+ **2+ years** of hands-on quality inspection experience

+ Mastery of mechanical inspection tools—no training wheels needed

+ Strong understanding of GD&T, aerospace specs, and quality documentation

+ Experience with CMM and visual inspection tools (a plus!)

+ Clear communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Bloomington, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $66560.00/yr.

- Climate Controlled and super clean

- Guaranteed 3% company contribution to 401k (not a match. For example, if you put in 6% they put 3% and if you put 0% they put 3%)

- 2 weeks PTO right away plus the Minnesota sick pay on top of that

- Average tenure is 10+ years

- Life Insurance

- Sometimes will have a bonus at the end of the year depending on company performance/profits
