•** **What You’ll Do

+ Pick and pack items with precision using pick sheets

+ Maintain accurate inventory with RF scanners

+ Build pallets and break down boxes to keep operations flowing

+ Operate pallet jacks, reach trucks, stand-up and sit-down forklifts, and tuggers

+ Load and unload trucks using lifts or manual pallet jacks

+ Support Shipping & Receiving with ERP tasks (Epicor) and dock door management

•** **What We’re Looking For

+ **Adaptability** : Comfortable moving between departments and tasks

+ **Experience** : Solid experience in warehouse operations

+ **Tech-Friendly** : Ability to use computers and ERP systems

+ **Forklift Skills** : 1+ year of experience preferred

+ **Team Player** : Willing to cross-train with production tasks

•** **Shifts Available

+ **1st Shift** : 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

+ **2nd Shift** : 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM

+ **Weekend Shift** : 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elk River, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $25.50/hr.
