    • Cleanroom Packagers – Weekly Pay | Up to $20/hr

    • About the Role

     

    Step into a clean, controlled manufacturing environment where precision and teamwork drive success. As a Cleanroom Packager, you’ll play a vital role in packaging, cleaning, and material handling for high-quality products. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who take pride in detail-oriented work and want to grow in a regulated production setting.

     

    • Key Responsibilities

    + Load and unload raw materials and finished goods manually

    + Operate pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently

    + Maintain a clean, organized workspace using 5S principles

    + Follow strict cleaning procedures for rooms, equipment, and small parts

    + Lift and move items up to 50 lbs throughout the shift

    + Adhere to verbal instructions and production SOPs

    + Work in full compliance with GMP, FDA, and DEA regulations

    • What You Bring

    + High school diploma or GED

    + 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

    + Basic English communication skills (verbal and written)

    + Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks

    + Comfortable working with chemicals, solvents, and machinery

    + Experience in cleanroom environments preferred

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shakopee, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr.
