    Seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring accurate inventory management and smooth operations on the production floor.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Pull parts from inventory for jobs on the production floor.

    + Receive and properly store incoming parts into inventory.

    + Perform routine inventory tasks, including cycle counts and stock organization.

    + Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.

    + Collaborate with production and purchasing teams to ensure timely availability of parts.

    Qualifications:

    + Previous experience in inventory control or warehouse operations preferred.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Ability to lift and move parts as required.

    + Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.

    + Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Clifton, NJ.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $47840.00/yr.

    • 10 paid Holidays. (See current schedule)

    • 2 weeks paid vacation after one year of service @ December 31. (additional 2 ½ days at each 5 year interval) *

    • 60% of salary to a maximum of $5,000/month after 6 months of disability.

    • Premium fully paid by company.

    • Eligibility as on the first (1st) of the month following 60 days of employment

     

    401K/Profit Sharing Plan

    • Voya Life Insurance & Annuity Company

    • Employee deferrals weekly on a pre-tax basis.

    • Company match of fifty cents to every dollar deferred to a maximum of 4% of salary.

    • Eligibility the first of January, April, July, & October following 60 days of employment.
