Job Title: Set-Up Technician

Key Responsibilities

+ 🚚 **Delivery & Setup**

+ Prepare and secure mobile office trailers and units for delivery

+ Take down buildings for transport by putting up temporary shipping walls, securing the outside walls, and separating connected units

+ Disconnect utilities (including power, water, and crossover connections)

+ Install ramps, skirting, anchors, stairs, and other setup components

+ Load, unload, assemble, and arrange furniture inside trailers

+ Conduct service work on customer units in the field, including light electrical and plumbing repairs

+ 🛠️ **Facilities & Maintenance**

+ Perform light construction and repair work (carpentry, flooring, painting, plumbing, electrical)

+ Conduct basic grounds and yard maintenance

+ Maintain proper inventory levels of tools, equipment, and parts

+ 🤝 **Customer Interaction**

+ Serve as the primary on-site contact during trailer setup

+ Ensure client satisfaction with trailer placement, furniture arrangement, and site readiness

Schedule

+ Standard shift: **7:00 AM – 3:30 PM** (Overtime available)

Compensation

+ **$18–$21 per hour** , depending on experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
