    Description

    Our client is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a key role in managing invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations to support the company’s financial operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Generate and issue invoices to clients

    + Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and follow up on delinquent payments

    + Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies

    + Maintain accurate records of account activity and aging reports

    + Collaborate across departments to resolve payment issues and improve processes

    + Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed

    Requirements

    + Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

    + 2+ years of accounts receivable or related experience

    + Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

    + Strong communication and problem-solving skills

    + High attention to detail and organizational abilities
